These terms apply to your use of bassosconsulting.com and to any digital resource you purchase from it. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to them.
Digital resources
The resource packets sold on this site are downloadable PDF documents. After payment, you receive a download link by email and on the order confirmation page. Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct.
License
Each purchase grants a single license for use within your own practice or organization. You may print and share the document internally with colleagues working on the same matters. You may not resell, republish, post publicly, or distribute the document outside your organization without written permission.
Refunds
Because the products are digital files delivered immediately, all sales are final once the download link has been issued. If a file is defective, if you were charged more than once, or if you did not receive your download, email jamie@bassosconsulting.com within 14 days of purchase and we will replace the file or refund the charge.
Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Not legal advice
The resources and articles on this site are educational. They explain behavioral science concepts for legal professionals and are not legal advice, clinical advice about a specific child, or a substitute for a case-specific evaluation. Purchasing a resource or reading this site does not create an expert witness, consulting, or clinical relationship with Jamie Bassos or Bassos Consulting Group. Case-specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement and fee schedule.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bassos Consulting Group is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or its resources. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
